What can I do when I do not know how to reply in an AI English conversation?

You might be stuck on understanding the message, deciding what to say or finding English for your idea. Identify which part needs help before choosing a tool.

Start with a specific communication goal

A goal such as introducing a sofa to a visiting friend gives you a concrete subject: the object, a feature and what it means to you.

SceneRecord text conversation includes a background and goal card. Expand it to understand your role, the other person and the current priority goal.

Resolve comprehension first

Long-press an AI message and choose sentence translation for the Chinese meaning. Explore similar expressions or sentence analysis for further understanding.

Alternative wording for the AI message is different from advice on your next reply. A thank-you for an invitation is not an answer to a task about your own sofa.

Use a hint to build your first reply

Tap Hint (提示) for a response direction and example tied to the current task. The living-room example starts by introducing the sofa.

Adapt This sofa is actually the first piece I picked for the living room… to your own meaning. Treat it as a starting point and respond to new questions as the conversation continues.

Try this

  1. Decide which object and feature you want to introduce.
  2. Use a sentence structure to communicate your own information.
  3. Read the next message and identify what it asks before replying.

Separate language feedback from task completion

Long-press your own message and choose error correction to check expression. Use Check tasks (检查任务) if you believe a goal was addressed but remains incomplete.

These tools review different things. No detected language error does not mean all goals are complete, and another task review does not guarantee completion.

Review what you actually want to use again

When leaving, request a summary to review errors, explanations and more natural expressions. Pick one or two points you used or expect to need again.

For example, revisit the correction from find…last years to found…last year when describing a past event. Voice conversation in SceneRecord requires membership; the examples here use text conversation.
